Conveyancing Fees and Expenses

  • We Buy Any Garage can recommend a conveyancing solicitor to act on your behalf. We will also pay for any solicitors fees associated with the sale of the lock-up garage or multiple garages, to a maximum of £300. You may choose your own solicitor to act on your behalf, but a limit of £300 will be contributed towards your solicitor’s fees.

Commission Sales Terms and Conditions

  • The lock-up garage or site is not currently on the open market for sale or rental, and has not previously been advertised for sale for the previous six month period (including advertised for sale or by auction, listed with estate agents, or using online property search engines);
  • The property is in London, Essex or within a reasonably close proximity to the M25;
  • Details of the property have not previously been submitted to us;
  • The property does not form part of our existing database;
  • Planning permission has not been applied for within the last 3 years;
  • The lock-up garage does not form part of a high-rise council or ex-council block;
  • The property is privately owned;
  • The 2% cash reward is based on ‘actual purchase price’, meaning the price paid by us for the lock-up garages or total lock-up garage site exclusive of all fees;
  • You have no financial interest in the property;
  • You are not in breach of any of these terms and the property complies with eligibility criteria set out above.
